The design that wins in the model becomes parts, electronics and a machine that works. Measurements from the real machine go back into its model, so the model stays honest.
The people who built the model build the machine: the mechanism, the electronics, the enclosure, the control and the build, with nothing lost between handoffs.

01 · Industrial robotics
For most of history, the buildings people loved most were made of stone and finished by hand. Then stone became too slow and too costly, and building turned to concrete and glass. Gondor wants to bring it back. We are working with them to build the machine that makes it possible: a robot that mills stone, changes its own tools and checks its own work, so a master carver’s skill can be captured once and repeated at the scale of a building. Not to replace the craft, but to let it build again.
